Beatersville Car and Bike Show will take place this year on Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Once again on the streets of the Warehouse District at 15th and Main Street in Louisville, Kentucky with bands performing inside at Portal, 1512 Lytle Street.

  • Friday, March 28th, Miss Beatersville Contest Registration Opens
  • Friday, May 2nd, The Miss Beatersville online Contest starts
  • Friday, May 16th, Late Registration Opens for vehicles and vendors (rates go up!)
  • Friday, May 23rd, The Miss Beatersville online Contest ends
  • Sunday, May 25th, Beatersville Car and Bike Show, gates open at 9am at 1512 West Main St.
